ABOUT ME

I have lived my passion for motivating people and helping them to achieve their goals for more than 15 years in sales. In the years as a sales consultant in a car dealership, I have learned to motivate myself to offer the next customer just as much attention and quality advice as before after a purchase has been canceled. Some time later I had the opportunity to change employers and pass on my skills and knowledge in an advisory capacity. Until 2019 I worked as an area manager and motivated, trained and coached sales staff so that everyone could achieve their goals. 

What happened then? I had our daughter and was on maternity leave when an unexpected job offer for my husband prompted our small family to relocate to Singapore. We had dreamed of living abroad for a long time and then spontaneously took this opportunity. 

Once there, many new opportunities opened up for me. Having a period off work was new to me, and I began to wonder more and more often, what is my heart for? I found the right answer in my coaching training. Unlike in my previous job, I am not committed to corporate goals, but pursue the achievement of your personal goals.

In Singapore I gained a lot of coaching experience in English and German.

It fulfills me to see how motivated my clients are after an interview and know what they can do to get started or to get further with their wishes. It gives me joy to experience how people surpass themselves.

I attach great importance to a trusting and professional way of working. Coaching is an affair of the heart for me, which is why I do this work with passion and full attention. Despite all seriousness and professionalism, humor is just as important to me as non-judgmental and confidential handling of the conversation content.
